Can also be used for double lining to create density, depth and definition. Can also be used with Eye Shadow for a more diffuse look. How Do I Use It: When applying a gel liner, dip point of brush in jar and apply in short, even strokes along lash line. When applying a powder shadow, wet brush and make an ""x"" in the eye shadow to pick up color. Use smooth strokes to line lids close to base of lashes.
