– You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
– Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
– To start a return, contact hayaecommerce@gmail.com.
– Accepted returns will receive a prepaid return label.
– Refunds processed within 10 business days of receipt.
– Return shipping is on us.
– Sale items and beauty products are non-returnable.
– Damaged or incorrect items? Contact us immediately - we'll fix it.
