Terms of Service

1. Service Hours & Order Timing

  • Orders can only be placed during mall store hours (typically 11 AM – 7 PM local time).

  • Orders placed outside store hours will be fulfilled the next day.

2. Local Delivery Promise

  • We deliver same-day within our service area as long as items are in stock and ordered during store hours.

  • Delivery window may vary based on product availability.

3. Order Placement

  • Orders are fulfilled by our team directly purchasing from local stores on your behalf.

  • We don’t hold inventory or have official tie-ups (yet!) - we act as your concierge.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return.

  • Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

  • Sale items, beauty/personal care, and custom items are not returnable.

  • Refunds will be processed once return is approved and received.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before a runner has purchased the item from the store.

  • Once purchased, normal return policy applies.

6. Delivery Area

  • We currently serve select areas near Lenox Square. Expansion coming soon!

7. Accuracy & Inventory

  • We do our best to match real-time store inventory, but availability may vary.

  • If an item isn’t found, we’ll notify you or offer an alternative.

8. Use of Service

  • You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in illegal activity.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or issue a refund at our discretion.
