Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window:
– You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Conditions:
– Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
– Sale items, gift cards, and beauty products are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return:
– Email hayaecommerce@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
– Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping details and label instructions.

Shipping Costs:
– Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
– If the return is due to an error on our end (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover all costs.

Refunds:
– Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
