Last week, we received a message from Tomoko in Oregon. She had been searching everywhere for a pair of UGG® Women’s Classic Mini Dipper Legwarmer Knit Boots - Size 6, Pink Dawn. Sold out online. Unavailable in stores. A gift she’d almost given up on.

But she reached out anyway - and that changed everything.

Tomoko’s message was kind and clear:

She wasn’t in Atlanta - she lived in Hillsboro, Oregon.
Technically, that’s outside our same-day zone. But the item was right here, at one of our local partner stores near Lenox Square Mall.
